Cinco de Mayo calls for Avocados


Thursday is Cinco de Mayo, which for most of us means an excuse to enjoy tacos, margaritas, chips and salsa, and other unhealthy (but delicious) treats! But, you can enjoy the holiday without the guilt of not eating well, especially by enjoying tasty avocados.

From guacamole to Avocado salad, this wonderfully delicious vegetable is a great and healthy snack option on Cinco de Mayo and any day. Here are just a few of its benefits:
